Faulty or Damaged Product
Upon receipt, please inspect your product and notify us of any missing parts, damages or incorrect items immediately. These must be reported to the delivery driver or within 48 hours of the delivery. Faulty claims outside this reporting period will be assessed under warranty.
To report an issue, please contact us by email or using our contact number and one of our representatives will be more than happy to assist. Don't forget to attach photos and provide us with as much information as possible so that we can assist you. Our team will review your completed form and contact you via email within three business days with the next steps.
If you have received a faulty item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we would like you to consider sourcing an alternative material, for example, bubble wrap as our delivery partners will not accept unpacked items due to Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. Please note that the striking fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
Warranties:
We may provide a warranty against defects, and/or structural or other specific warranties, in respect of selected products only, for a period of 12 months.
The warranty will apply to products purchased from us where the description of the product on our website (when purchased) states that such a warranty applies to that product. The terms and conditions that apply to the warranty are mentioned below:
You will not be entitled to claim the warranty for below:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper assembly or modification
- Damage from misuse or abuse
- Damage arising from improper care or maintenance (e.g. fabric, leather, or timber)
- Damage to product packaging only
- Damage occurring transportation of goods
- Small/minor variations in product dimensions, color, grain or finish
- Minor imperfections
Wrong product delivered
In some instances, very occasionally, we may accidentally ship the wrong product to you. If you have received an incorrect product, let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 2 days of receiving your delivery. Inform our service staff with relevant images and we will offer to send you the correct product and arrange for the pick-up and return of the incorrectly shipped product free of charge.
